Transfer to Jinja, East Africa's adventure capital (2.5 hours from Kampala). Morning: Match 4 at Jinja Cricket Ground with the Nile audible between overs. Then the afternoon that makes every squad's highlight reel: Grade 4/5 white water rafting on the Nile. The world's longest river at its most exhilarating.
